Description
This fern perfectly displays the elegance of its vase shape and symmetry with fronds that can reach to 4 feet long in the pacific northwest. Dark green fronds are erect, and look on the surface for the bold impression of its sori in a pattern resembling a chain stitch. Likes moist shade and acidic soils.
