Join us at historic Lakewold Gardens as we demonstrate how to create a lush fern table with a variety of fabulous ferns, along with companion plants such as hosta, heuchera, saxifrage, epimedium and moss. The class will be led by HFF Board member, John van den Meerendonk, who built the epic fern table at Heronswood with Daniel Hinkley. John will be joined by Lakewold Gardens Executive Director and gardener extraordinaire, Justin Henderson, as well as horticulturalist Brianna Ybarra.
The demonstration will take place in the peaceful woodland garden at Lakewold Gardens in Lakewood. Participants will have the opportunity to shop for plants and tour the beautiful 10-acre grounds after the class.
Please feel free to bring a picnic lunch.
